Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cohesive and team-oriented law firm. The position will require a confident, reliable and business-minded assistant with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. An excellent multi-tasker with strong administrative and communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved and responsible for handling legal and administrative work related to our firm.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Canadian University degree/College diploma required in related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience supporting legal professionals in a corporate environment
  • Detail-oriented, and organized
  • strong written and verbal communication
  • Must have a vehicle
  • High level of confidentiality and exemplary judgement
  • Proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively
