Ron is the Managing and Sr. Business Lawyer of RJS LAW and brings with him 20+ years of industry experience. As the founding lawyer of RJS LAW, Ron is an analytical leader with an impressive track record of creating high performing legal teams by focusing on core client centered values, strong legal acumen, and technological efficiencies. Ron has uncompromising judgement which he partners with his top-tier legal advice.
As a former General Counsel and Foreign Counsel to several multinational companies, a former RIBO unrestricted broker, real estate agent and OMVIC registered auto dealer, Ron leverages his diverse background for the benefit of his clients. His breadth of experience and knowledge in the insurance and financial sector greatly assist in achieving favourable results for his clients.
Ron has not only cultivated an iron-clad network of professionals, but has proven time and again that his understanding for each client’s industry, strong business instincts and creative aptitude, continue to foster deeper client relationships.
When not assisting clients, you can find Ron, working out, hiking, playing beach volleyball and spending time with his family.

Aneesa has been an integral part of the growth of RJS LAW. She brings with her a strong background in business development, client relations and leadership. Her 20+ years in business, primarily the advertising industry, provided her with a strong foundation in client relations, managing businesses, refining processes and leading teams. She believes the key to success is in the ability to be adaptable and to consistently keep learning.
Aneesa continues to inspire, creatively problem solve and help build out our dynamic team.
When not assisting RJS LAW, Aneesa operates a Pilates Studio which she highly encourages everyone to incorporate as part of their daily regime.

Tasneem joined RJS LAW in 2017, having had her hand in almost every facet of the business short of practicing the law itself, Tasneem brings a wealth of niche knowledge to the firm. Graduating with a BSc. Honours in Psychology, completing her MBA essentials through Rotman’s and continuing with business leadership courses, Tasneem brings a unique foundation to our firm, and recognizes opportunities that make the RJS LAW experience as seamless as possible for our clients.
Currently overseeing the business operations and administrative functions, Tasneem is an integral part of our team.
When she’s not in the office you are most likely to find her exploring hiking trails, trying new restaurants or reading a book.

George

George Moshenski-Dubov
Corporate Associate
George is a lawyer with the firm’s Corporate and Regulatory Group.
Prior to RJS LAW, George worked for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission. He was able to refine his skills in a regulatory and Corporate environment, with a focus on commercial law and compliance. George brings with him an in-house and governmental perspective that will assist our clients in; commercial agreements, online e-commerce issues, share/asset purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance.
Armed with a JD from Western Law, a primarily business law school, he was heavily involved with their mentorship programs, moots and intramural sports. Prior to Western, George completed his undergraduate education at the University of Toronto, where he double majored in criminology and sociology, graduating with Distinction.
Outside of work, George can often be found ‘quarterbacking’ his fantasy football teams, four-putting on the green or ‘play fighting’ his cat.

Corporate & Insurance Associate
Minsor is an articling student with RJS LAW. He completed his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School where he focused on corporate and commercial law, as well as volunteering with its Innovation Clinic to provide IP services to small and start-up businesses.
With a background in finance and management gained in pursuit of his BComm from the University of Toronto, Minsor is enthusiastic about working with businesses to tackle matters ranging from corporate reorganizations to operational transactions.
In his free time, Minsor loves to cook, make film photography zines and watch the Leafs try to win.

Legal Administrative Assistant
Catherine joined RJS LAW, having recently finished her Bachelor in Justice Studies (Honours) at the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. She not only brings a passion for the law to the firm but complements us with her dynamic and infectious personality.
Prior to RJS LAW, Catherine worked as a team lead in the customer care industry where she acquired her background in client services. She is often the friendly voice you will hear when phoning through RJS LAW.
Outside of the office you will find her at steakhouses finding the perfect cut of steak, at the gym, or spending time with her dog Rylo.
