RJS LAW assumed a significant corporate real estate portfolio owned through a complex limited partnership and nominee structure.  Prior to our involvement, KPHI had purchased a majority interest in a limited partnership that itself was the majority owner of six large commercial retail plazas located throughout Ontario in a transaction that included undertakings by the parties to complete further transactions to give effect to their intentions, which were all handled by our team.
